On Monday 29th October 2012, Singerkach Development Committee organised a reception and update meeting at the OBA Millennium Centre in Oldham for Ahmed Ali the deputy GM of Bangladesh Bank.
Ahmed Ali is the advisor to singerkach health centre and on a family visit to the UK met with many key people in Oldham and highlighted the importance of the Singerkach Health Centre. Others who spoke at the event, included Abdul Mannan community leader, Cllr A Malik, Cllr F Hoque, Nazmul Islam, Mufazzil Khan.
The event was chaired by Altab Miah and hosted by Muzahid Khan.
